Refunds and Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Fabrics and wallpapers are produced in batches and colour may vary slightly between batches. For this reason we recommend getting an accurate estimate of quantity needed from your upholsterer or your professional wallpaper installer before ordering. James Crossing is not responsible for miscalculated quantities. We highly recommend you order all rolls or yardages at once.
In the event that an item arrives damaged or defective, it may be exchanged for the identical product within 7 days. We do not accept exchanges on items damaged by your wallpaper installer or seamstress. To arrange for replacement, or if you have further questions regarding this policy, please contact us at [email protected].
Our products are sourced from many different locations and vendors and are usually made-to-order, so is is not possible to guarantee shipment dates or arrival dates when an order is first made. Typical lead times are between three and six weeks. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any import duties or other costs assessed, other than Canadian GST/HST, which is collected at the time of purchase. If your customs broker attempts to charge GST or HST, please contact [email protected], and we will attempt to resolve this situation for you.
